EA support refuse to help me

I am trying to appeal my account being banned they refuse to talk to me, they won't read a thing i say and have refused multiple time to let me speak to a manager, who do i contact to take this above...

    Hey folks, 

    We absolutely cannot assist with account-related issues on the forums, as has been pointed out a number of times here already.

    As these are public boards we won't be able to discuss or make changes to any account details here.

    In the case of an account ban or suspension that you feel was unwarranted, our Terms of Service team will be the only ones able to review our records of what took place and take another look to see whether the action was applied incorrectly.

    In other situations where multiple appeals have already been submitted and our ToS team has declined to remove the penalty, that will be final and not something that can be changed here. 

    I'll be locking the thread since these points have been covered and this is not the place to get assistance with account actions, thanks all.

@espadakillar69I love EA support. They were very helpful when I had issues re-linking my account when I had and was able to get it fixed. They are the best!
