you can swear them too or close their speakers
Friends, I am talking about an injustice here and a violation of EA's own rules of behaviour. Please do not just read but also try to understand.🙂

Hey Frierennnnnnnn,
I've addressed this in the other thread you were posting in as well, but just to be clear - you are responsible for any behavior that takes place on your account, including how you choose to respond to someone else being inappropriate or toxic.
You can say block, but how do we know which player will swear when? We have to block the team at the beginning of every game, but this time it is not a team game. When people get angry for a moment and say bad words in writing, they are reported and banned. Are we supposed to block them after they swear at us? Where is the justice in this?
I'm not quite sure what you mean here. Some may wish to block everyone in advance, but you're right that this is a team game and that can hinder your ability to work together. The other option is to block them after they swear at you, yes. That's true whether it's done in voice or text. There is of course no way to know someone is going to be inappropriate until that action occurs, again regardless of whether it is in voice or text.
That means that any action we take will be reactive. Until we're living in the world of Minority Report, we cannot know ahead of time who will be toxic or inappropriate, we can only take action after they've decided to use that type of language. This is again true for both voice chat and text.
I would always suggest reporting and then muting, in that order. That way they're brought to our attention and you don't have to continue listening to them while we investigate. If there's anything additional you would like to include with a report, whether that's a recording, screenshot, or just more information about what was said, you can always use this form as well. You can use this form even if they're just in voice chat.
We take all forms of harassment extremely seriously. You cannot control what someone else says, but you can control the way you respond to keep your own account safe while bringing them to our attention.

Ohhh Mako, you keep reverting the core issue onto the players defending themselves to toxicity. You keep playing with words and sharing useless forms, to which EA admits within their own replies via email to reports saying THEY DO NOT MONITOR VOICE CHAT!

Being toxic towards toxic players is not defending yourself, it is letting yourself get baited into breaking the rules.
It is just sad that players let this happen to themselves and do not understand that they are then also breaking the rules.
The best way to defend oneself from Toxic players is to ignore them, mute them and report them.
