@ArchAngeL-PCX I never understood why they left that huge space completely bare for so long. I think the only time I've been there is when the circle ends there....and I'm not even sure it does anymore?

@MandatoryIDtag Yeah I assumed back in Season 3 that we'd get town takeovers or something in those areas around Refinery. It seemed obvious, but here we are in Season 10 effectively and nothing.
