As far as I know it was an option back in the days via sites like apexlegendsstatus.com and tracker.gg but as far as I know Respawn stopped giving API access to those sites (you can guess why) so stats lately are less and less accurate.
Also based on EA / Respawn approach and what is happening to the game I am quite sure they will not provide such info anytime soon as from it people could easily calculate actual number of players which with high probability would not match data usually presented to public.
As for me personally - ranked level is enough and I don't really care am I top 1% or top 8% or bottom 20%. I compare myself vs myself especially in Apex where so much cheating/boosting has been and continues to be happening...seeing like now me dropping from D4-D2 level to P2-P1 level might lead to depression :D but if I check my gameplay, game decision making, accuracy, damage, k/d/a, win rate and so on I can breath easy as all of those are at least stable if not improving.
Finally these days people get "bored" of domination and I am sure developers intentionally will no allow situations like e.g. it was in Quake where Rapha dominated for what 10 years? and basically noone was even close when he was on point. Community like Apex will not watch say Hal or Wattson dominate ranks and ALGS even for 3 years in a row, new stars / teams / super teams #falconsfailed are needed / demanded basically on yearly basis.

You should be able to check it out here - https://apexlegendsstatus.com/game-stats/ranked-distribution
I see they haven't updated this since s26, but you can see what the situation is like in the "current split." Maybe whoever is working on this will update it for s26 soon.
