So you don't want that Octane Heirloom.C'mon. lol
I guess it's time to fork over some cash.lol
@RevenanT-G7 I do want it lol,i'm just not getting it. 😛
@Wingmannedbro has basically just given a perfect example of my expectations from a game. Free or otherwise. 😛

F2P translates to everlasting Beta game.
Fortnite is still in beta if I remember correctly, but they at least put it right on the loading screen.
As far as overpriced or not I would buy a skin if it suited me or an heirloom if some of the connection issues actually were gone and there was a whiff of solo mode.
Since neither of those are happening my disposable gaming income sits and waits for a game to come out that just makes me want to spend that cash. On the plus side I saved enough by not spending my gaming money on Apex to upgrade to a large screen gaming monitor set up for the next gen consoles.(Faster refresh rates than currently available 4k hdr etc.) So that is a positive.

There would be no difference to me as an end user. If I build a machine for a company putting widgets together and 1 of the purchased parts that goes into my machines is faulty I am culpable for the replacing of the purchased part period.
My end customer wants a machine that does what it is advertised to do.
I play a game with a lag and connection issue that is to date unresolved. It matters little to me if the parent company or the producer of said game are the issue. The issue exists and ruins parts of the game. I consider the fault to be with both parties at this point. They have had a year to sort it out. Funny thing is SW battle front is on EA servers I played 1 & 2 and never had any issues. Same thing for TF2. Only Apex.
But I am done siderailing the main convo, you guys carry on about overpriced heirlooms and skins.
