I really need someone help...... account hacked and banned

I start play this game from 2019,my account was hacked by a hacker in December 2024, the hacker changed the email address of my account, and later I contacted service to bind my account back to my email, but unfortungtely, my apex has been banned. I am well aware that the hacker used my account to cheat in the apex game, because the hacker contacted me after stealing my account, blackmailed me with my account, and asked me to transfer a fee to him, otherwise he would destroy my account, but this is a violation of my personal human rights, I was unwilling to compromise with them refused to pay their blackmail, in order to retaliate against me, they let me watch them cheat in the game through live broadcasts, using my account, which eventually led to my apex being banned, I have always loved Apex, Steam has played Apex for 1700 hours, I love this game very much, I love my account very much, which is why I have been insisting on appealing, I don't want to lose my account because of hackers, if I really did something wrong, it was that I didn't protect my mailbox, which led to hackers stealing my account through my mailbox, and now, I have protected everything and lost my apex progress, I'm sad, I hate hackers, I hate cheaters, what they do is a violation of my human rights, if I can, I really want to sue them, but there is nothing I can do but apply here to hope someone lift the ban on my account. I have no reason to cheat.

    Sorry to hear that someone else was able to get into your account. It sounds like you've already taken some steps to get things back in your control, but I'd definitely suggest checking through these steps for any others that may help out as well.

    If you still need any help securing the account itself, it would be best to get in touch with our support team so they can go through that recovery process with you. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.

    Once you've gone through the steps linked above, you can use the Contact us option at the bottom of the page that will get you in touch with the support team so they can help with the account recovery. 

    The support team should be able to help start a ban appeal after that point as well, but if you've already secured the account you can create an appeal here to have our Terms of Service team investigate. Please keep an eye on your case history page for a response once they've had a chance to look over the situation, thanks!

    Thank you for your reply. I actually recovered my account in October 2024 (this is the very account). Since September 2024, I have submitted numerous appeals, but each time they concluded that I had used unauthorized software and closed the cases. I feel very disheartened because after my account was stolen, I contacted several live support agents at the time, and they assured me that if the account got banned, it could be appealed and unbanned. However, more than a year has passed, and my account still hasn't been unbanned. I don't even know how to explain the details in the appeals anymore. Thank you again for your response.❤️

    Definitely understandable, bilibili2333ger​

    While we aren't able to circumvent the Terms of Service team or make changes here ourselves, do keep in mind you're able to submit an additional appeal (separate from a live chat) to have a different member of the ToS team review the situation. Unless they've reached the point where they let you know that no further investigations will be performed, you're welcome to request they take another look and a fresh set of eyes will check into things.

    Thank you so much for your reply and understanding. I know, but every case I submitted gets closed. I feel that the ToS team may not be able to help me anymore—perhaps they don’t understand my situation, or maybe they can’t find enough evidence after so much time has passed. As a non-native English speaker, I might not have communicated effectively enough with the relevant team, which could have cost me the chance to restore my account. But even now, I haven’t given up, because I truly invested so much into that account.
