Every Time I Get Turbocharger

The Devotion becomes more rare than a CP weapon! And if I find the Devo 1st, TC becomes the most hard to find hop-up ever! Anyone else have this problem with a weapon?

@reconzero This is why I refuse to use the Havoc and Devotion. Even if that's all I can find off drop. I'd rather use my fists or a P2020.

Any gun that _requires_ a hop-up to not be trash is not worth it.

Especially when it's by far the rarest hop up in the entire game.
