Expiring Apex Legends coins, but it wouldn't get used?

I have 100 Apex Coins that'll expire soon. I would like to use them to buy an Apex Pack, but last time this happened, the coins that was expiring wasn't used. Instead, coins that weren't going to expire were used first.

Is there a way to actually use the expiring coins without having to use ALL of the coins?

Attached is the screenshot of the expiring notification. I am playing on the Japan servers, which has laws to force in-game currencies to expire.
