Extended mag on wingman. How the hell is it possible.

I have a major question. One i haven’t been able to sleep over. How does the extended mag work on a revolver like the wingman? I just don’t understand.

Logic would dictate your simply swapping out the Cylinder. The Wingman is probably designed to universally fit a various amount of Cylinders.
Cylinders = Magazines, but for Revolvers.
