You can check your reports from EA data and maybe got mass reported? If you are on a low level account and get a lot of reports u will basically get auto banned.

I am around level 125 so I do not know if that is considered a low level? I do remember some guy accusing me and my friend of cheats because I had nothing equipped on my banner and stuff perhaps that could be one of the issues? I also have checked I got reported for Sabotage and Aimsnap.
