I was banned on April 15th in the middle of a match for cheating. I can assure you that I have never cheated in apex, or else I probably wouldn't be putting in this effort to get my account back. I put in a form to ea help but somehow they came to the conclusion that I was cheating and without any specific explanation I remain banned. I don't know if I was banned manually or if there was a false flag that easy anti-cheat picked up or even if I was accidentally using an exploit. EA's support has given me no way to prove my innocence and has just given me bans, which from my perspective are for no reason because I'm not a cheater. Is there any other way to try and get my account unbanned without just putting in a form and waiting for ea to get their * together?

Hey @Wumboui, I'm afraid there isn't an alternate route to have bans looked into aside from submitting an appeal to the Terms of Service (TOS) team, as they base those decisions on what can be verified in our records and have the final say in those matters. That said, you're more than welcome to submit another appeal and someone else from the TOS team will do a fresh investigation to see if something was missed that could get you back into the account here. If you haven't already, please reach out to an advisor again and they'll send this back up to the TOS team to be reviewed.

@WumbouiTOS team will not accept videos and such as evidence as may be legit on stream but what about when off-stream type deal. Have you checked your seasonal stats to see if possibly your max kills and max damage for the season is something you know it should not be?

Sadly there is nothing that can be done on the forums in terms of assisting as the TOS team is the only people who view this. All you can do is put in a support ticket to EA and contest the ban again. If you see damage and kill change there could be a chance your account was compromised and used for cheating. When they do get the accounts they don't change the information on the account normally keep it the same. Once a support ticket is put in i recommend to not update it or add anything as it can take it tad longer as all tickets go through EA themself for all games they own. It can take up to 4 weeks sometimes longer for a response.

They have logs on their end also that can check for irregular log-ins on the account other than the machine your on.

If you're asking about my stats because you think somebody else logged on my account, there aren't any irregularities. I have been playing consistently since season 7 but have played a lot before then. I also got banned in the middle of a match, literally while I was shooting someone. I'm starting to think that the anti cheat was picking up a false flag on my computer because I don't think anybody would manually ban me after watching my gameplay because I'm not that good. Hope fully other people also have the same issue maybe then I could pinpoint what caused my ban.

@Wumboui I had the same thing happen to me. One day I had played.. Next day I went to play and was banned. I've checked all my stats, all were as I expected them to be. I didn't cheat, and the black hole of the unban my account request is just that. No info as what they think you do. For me I had to fire a ticket in first to even get an email that I was banned. For same thing you listed, cheating.

They since said yep - cheating, and closed that ticket. So I opened a new one to appeal the ban. If that one get rejected, hopefully not, but if it does, I'll just have to keep filing appeals.. But with no info as to what they think I did, and no way to defend your self, it really sucks.

@BinkDeBook They will not provide you exactly what you did what time you did it. Cheating covers a vast amount of things from actual aim bot to third party plug in input recoil removers, recoil removers all together, to abusing a games bug or glitch or exploit. All these can be in the label of cheating.

@E9ine_AC Yep - understood, and I use none of those and did none of that.. As we've talked about before a couple of weeks ago. But something in there system decided to flag me for cheating. If I understood what they thought I did perhaps I could then clear my name.

@BinkDeBook As far as I know they wont even accept player evidence as their logs on their side of things see everything they need to see. Not sure how you may of been flagged but more plays into it then just the EAC system as player reports and videos of cheaters or suspected cheaters get reported inside the game i'd guess across numerous games and it flagging the system due to player reports.

Again this is not factual but seeing how some have been banned for me live spectating and being low level i can see that something i did finally flagged it ok this person is cheating and insta bans.

@E9ine_AC Well I wonder if part of it comes to people flag me as BinkDeBook on PC, playing with my son, as BinkDeBook on PS4? Although only the PC got ban hammer, the PS4 didn't. Or something with that setup. Again - I just find it weird, and annoying..

@BinkDeBook Yea cross progression isnt a thing yet so your ps4 and computer accounts are no where near linked to take action on both. It is also very easy to use someones exact name from steam but steam users have a unique id number. So they can easily see with that. Yea i honestly just cant think of what it could of been because there is so many reasons as to why. Just speculation at this point.
