False Ban In My 4+ Years APEX Account. Worst Customer Support Ever.
I'm so very confused right now. And clueless where to ask for help.
On Sunday I played APEX for like 4 hours. No issue. Nothing wrong. Monday night when I logged in I saw an active ban on my account. Thought it was a false Ban. So, I reached out EA help. Yesterday I received an e-mail saying that, 'We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account.'
I wasn't banned mid-game. The day after. I've been playing since the game came out. And I play on just one account. I've reported countless cheaters. Every match I play, I have cheaters. Every single match. The servers I play in is literally unplayable for cheater and EA banned ME for cheating? The irony.
I only play like only in the weekends. I've a consistent KD of like 0.5 throughout these 4+ year. Yeah, I know I'm terrible at the game. If I'd cheated even for a single match, wouldn't that show up in their log or something?
I requested Team EA to just go through my gameplay log and check for any changes in my gameplay behavior, or in my KD, or in my hit accuracy, anything. They Declined, again.
I've spent almost 2000 hours in this game. May not sound a lot, But this is literally the only game I've played consistently for 4+ years and spent hundreds. It'd not be just dumb but also pointless for me to cheat on my only Apex account which also has heirloom.
If I had cheated with my terrible track record even for a single match, wouldn't it reflect in my score/KD or have some sort of log? At least my gameplay behavior would be different, would it not?
I pointed out everything in my second request. They refuse to gimme a reason. At least gimme a reason, so that I can understand what's going on and why; and defend myself.
I'm honestly devastated at the moment. 4+ years of grind, time, money all wasted.
Any Advice?
