this system with ban is so trash with these ban system..i ve been banned about a year ago ..and didnt have time to fix the problem cause of covid didnt play so much..

i ve been hacked abvout a year ago and ea advisor helped to recover back the account ..but when i logged in was banned

..i cant understand why they keeping my ban ? their own advisor said that i was hacked ,he apologized to me but they dont remove the * ban

also i trying contact system for ban account via email.. and they keep sending same * message every time.. they dont even read our mails

they never also said to me why the account ban ?..for which reason?.. i cant understand what is happening ..they keep sending every time the same email...

but i dont know the * reason my account banned unfaired!

Nice company ..and now noone from EA will answer here..

Hey welcome to AHQ! Unfortunately AHQ (the forum) won't be able to do much for you on the ban. You will need to contact the EA TOS department, they are the only teams who can review bans and reverse them.

Please only submit 1 ticket, and wait for a response. I have heard they are receiving an unusually high number of appeals, so it might take a few weeks to get a response. They will respond it just takes time for them to review everything and respond.

If your initial appeal is denied, then you can submit a second appeal.

Keep an eye on your emails spam and junk folder, just to make sure you do not miss any communication from the EA TOS department.

my friend i am talking to them for motnhs and they keep sending me same email every time.. im asking for the * reason that my account get banned.. but none tells to me..i ve hacked and lost the account for about 1 month .. but Ea helped me to recover it..saying that i was hacked ..but they keep the ban for no reason..when i recvoer the account i logged in and i was already banned
.. i dont know why they keep the ban..and they dont tell me the reason i was banned!
