Im start to play in season 8 im very bad at this game but I enjoy, today im banned I dont even know the reason I dont use chat I dont leave rankeds I dont use cheats my kda is terrible so why? I was going to buy the batlle pass but whit this and the crash servers, I already send a email to support but please somebody tell me if this is normal thing, be banned for nothing people say me this game have a lot of cheaters and ban the people who even use them? I want to know why so I stop wasting my time in this game

  @EA_Lanna Thanks for answering, but it does not help me, the game does not even give me the time that it will ban me if it is permanent or the reason, the only thing that occurs to me is that the times the game "crashes" and I take it out, it has detected in some way as if he were cheating and if so, it escapes me even complying with all his rules or the case that they solve my case is likely to happen again and all these are my assumptions because for his part I do not they give an answer, it causes me a great displeasure the time I invested and the affection that I was taking to this game has gone in vain

    The details I shared above should help you get your specific banned account looked into. Terms of Service would do a thorough investigation into the ban on your account and then get back in touch with you to let you know the results. For example, if it's mistakenly banned, they'll overturn it and let you know.
