Hey, well regarding the legend ranking I would say that Wattson and Pathfinder are the strongest two - basically S tier (after that Wraith-Lifeline in A tier). Bangalore in B tier, and the remaining cast in D.
What make Wattson so strong is that she can bunker up positions, and she is also great at defending vs 3d partying (with out being a reliability to the team, Caustic+Gibraltar are also decent vs 3d partying but they are a reliability to the team - Wattson is still good in gun fights and has better bunkering anti 3d partying abilities).
Pathfinder, has insane mobility + can get team high ground in every fight (when everyone has a god aim, what determines the outcome is positioning / high ground).
Pathfinder+Wattson is the meta in tournaments. Since they are the two strongest legends. Not having this combo will make it almost impossible to win. As Pathfinder can get team high ground - can also zipline dance during small rings, and Wattson being able to bunker up the high ground position made available by Pathfinder.
Weapon Rankings I would place Longbow in first place - only weapon I would rank as S tier atm (Medium-Long range - Wingman was dethroned but still the next best in line, best close range weapons = R99/Mastiff).
My personal favorite is Peacekeeper. Its a love hate relationship, when I get the flick shots in we are best pals.

But on a personal note I main Wraith when I'm feeling selfish and when I'm working as part of a team I'm Lifeline her upbeat attitude is amazing and the healing is super handy in any team situation, the guns i rock is either an alternator or RE-45 with disrupter to destroy shields then switch to a R-301 to shred the enemies health.
I play just about everybody but the two thicc boys, just seems to me they're bullet sponges that go down so quick, i know i love aiming at them! Fav is pathfinder for his high ground ability, the Bangalore for her smoke and passive(pairs well with the hound!
Weapon its hands down 301 all the way, i honestly cant believe people dont complain about it like other guns, full purple attachments and you melt people with purple armour in no time... and depending on how the ring looks, if i think im in need of long range ill take a longbow/triple take, but if no sniper ill take p2020 with hammerpoints, again another OP gun i cant believe isnt gripped about lol
I’m having a great time playing Octane at the moment, especially with that kick arse Jade Tiger skin.
Just love rushing in as a 3rd party with a leap of faith on his jump pad lol.
Pathfinder is my main Legend, just can’t turn a blind eye on getting high ground when playing Apex.
Combo choice always revolves around the 301, R99 as a secondary for a quick kill, alternator, or peacekeeper.
For me it'd be Wattson, running the flatline/r99, simply because i prep for end circles and avoid any huge open areas, keeping my loadout relevant throughout my games.
Alternatively i'll run bloodhound with a longbow/havoc, bloodhounds ult makes him great for laying down some long range hurt on other squads in combat. Then i've got my standard ability plus a havoc to detect and shut down any enemies that have gotten too close for my liking.
My goal with either combo is to rack up as much damage as physically possible..i don't care who gets the kills just whether i win or not. 😛
