Took them a while but i got my account back and i'm happy.

@OjBreshk how long did it take u to get ur account back? cause i'm still working on it but slowly losing hope
@crispythepotato around 3 moths but i had to talk to ea live chat guys twice and they made 2 cases, first case took around 2 months and then it said fixed but it wasn't, i was still banned so i wrote to them again and the second time it took less than a month (around 2 or 3 weeks). I didn't get an email telling me I'm unbanned, instead i got an email asking me about my experience with the chat moderator xD, i was confused so i thought id check the case again and it said fixed also. So i log in my account, launch apex and start a game with no issues, its my second day since the unban

- @OjBreshk ah well lucky you, i'm glad you have ur account back! (: i made a lot of cases, they don't wanna help me anymore. i chat with 3 guys, talked on the phone with 2 guys and had a lot of cases but my account is still banned...

In my case, my account was stolen and banned. I was probably banned long before i found out cuz i didn't play for a long time, last time i played the game it was season 4 or 5 im not sure- @OjBreshk that's the problem. i don't know. i was just playing with my friend, i went off, next day i wanted to play again and then i was banned. i didn't cheated or whatever bad.
