@DankTolietA wise man once said, "Good against remotes is one thing. Good against the living is another." It's not your aim, it's the difference in targets.
Also reminds me of the classic quote from movie classic Bloodsport when Frank Dux (Jean-Claude Van Damme) is demonstrating the 'Dim Mak' (the Death Touch) by shattering a random brick with a downward strike.Upon turning the brick into chalk dust & drinking in the round of applause by fellow fighters reigning Kumite champion Chong Li (Bolo Yeung) chortles 'Very good but brick not hit back!'.
The Firing Range as it is definitely gives a false impression of damage you can do enemies compared to real match scenarios like as many others have mentioned hitting a stationary target or one with predictable movement is a damn sight easier compared to enemies say that tap-strafe,crouch spam & various other movements as well as characters that rely on aerial abilities like Valkyrie or Loba or speedy characters like Octane & Wraith.I also think hit box sizes play a part which are bigger in the Firing Range.I actually liked the various Bangalore Challenges from a few weeks ago & think they or something similar should be more permanent in the Firing Range as they offer far better target/training practice.
