First Heirloom packs gone wrong…

Got my first ever heirlooms today… after years and years of playing. Didn’t know how the new apex packs bundle worked and thought I’d be able to pick two mythics of my choice. turns out, they’re two random mythics and you don’t get to choose :(

messed up big time and EA didn’t do anything to help. I’m seriously disappointed and hope I get good luck opening packs, if I ever play again…

do you think I should be awarded a mythic of my choice? I don’t mind losing the two I got either.

thebiwester When viewing the Heirloom Packs in the in-game store, it does say:

"Heirloom item is drawn from the pool of heirlooms not already owned"

This means that the two Heirlooms you get are completely random, (unless you don't own the last two Heirlooms, then it would just be those two Heirlooms).

Sadly as well, it is not possible to return or exchange any in-game items once bought.
