Fix Error Code 0x8000002 on Apex Legends | Badware Detected
Nothing I do is working to fix this
re-install apex
verify game files
safe launch, launch as administrator
close background apps like discord,ect..
someone please advise, I cant even play the game for over a month now
please tell me there's a fix now? months later I try to play the game after updating and doing the same troubleshooting and same problem as before
Exiting out of my AutoHotKey Scripts fixed this issue.
Fix yet? The support chats are utterly useless.
got a new error message today off of my badware error
Ok so that means must gonna be a new patch note then will see if they fix it. I am still trying to fix mine I almost delete all my apps and some programs still not luck
@Ticketplzz47 Outside of things like file repairs and stopping/removing programs, I'm not sure what's causing the issue.
I suggest contacting EA Support at help.ea if you haven't already.
If you're on Linux, Respawn had removed the ability to play Apex on a Linux OS.

Yep same season 23 broke my game man every update that's the error code I'm getting 0x8000002 I try all that I know and look up nothing is working leave it to apex to brake there own game
Same problem since s23 launch
I tried everything but doesn't work. It shows me every time i try to open Apex the error : 0x800002
