Game crash issues. And I cannot change my birthday to 2009 from 1976!!!

yes , still has a issue.

I also did that to change my date of birth, it wont let me do 2009 only 2008 and under.

I also tried to remove them and it still crashes even on native resulation to

I did try to contact ea, it will not let me, it says they dont do support for that, and also yes everything is up to date

if im 17 and my ea account birthdate is my mother so signed the wavers etc for me to play, am i allowed to play even if my age on my ea isnt mine? or will i be banned and kicked off algs
