Game crash

Hi I’m Vermont-2020, if my game crashes I shouldn’t get punished for EA’s servers being trash. I’m in plat 2 because of the split and due to the game crashing I lost 90 rp and I got a 10 minute ban. This is the dumbest thing in the game (other than ash, ballistic, alter Devo meta) and EA should fix it.
