Make sure you've submitted a support ticket as well as a bug report thread so that hopefully someone can help you with this issue. Is there a pattern to this aside from every 3 or 4 games? For instance does this always happen in champ select, during drop, etc. etc. Are you getting any error messages? If so, make sure you submit a screenshot of them as well in your support ticket.
