Getting dropped before game starts

Every 3rd or 4th game I disconnect from my squad and have to wait in the lobby while they play. Every time. It will not reload me back in like it should. Its been happening for 4 days and im getting ...

Sounds like the server connection process is being interrupted. O.o

Do you get the same issue when trying to play solo or is it just when you're playing with friends?

Its every time no matter how im loading in. Squad or solo. Its less frequent today though.

Thanks for the details!

Can we try some other connection-related steps to see if that helps at all? A good place to start would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website.

If it keeps happening after that check out the Xbox-specific steps as well. Let me know if you're still running into any trouble connecting after that. Thanks again!

  Whelp over the course of 3 days I've tried all the steps i can think of and of the link you sent me and it still continues to drop me. Occasionally I get a server connection error but most times nada. I'm done fighting things. Giving up and just dealing with this. Fix the gane and servers before pleasing these streamers about guns, legends and gun nerfs/buffs.

    Thanks for giving that a shot. I'm sorry to hear you're still having trouble with this.
    
    Another thing that might help would be updating the DNS settings on your Xbox. I've seen cases where using a different DNS can help with issues like this. To update the DNS follow the steps below:
    
    1. Go to your Xbox Settings and select Nework.
    
    2. Go to Advanced Options.
    
    3. Select DNS settings, then choose Manual.
    
    4. Enter the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the Secondary DNS as 8.8.4.4 (this is the public Google DNS, but if there's a different open DNS that you would rather use instead that would be fine).
