I wish I had some better news for you in that regard, but I'm afraid that's unlikely.
When it comes to situations with missing or incorrect content we'd typically need to be able to verify that in our records, which is all the more important for something as rare as an heirloom.
We'll certainly pass along that this happened for investigation. However that said, these situations are generally pretty time sensitive to verify so I don't want to get your hopes up given the time that's passed here, especially since support has already taken a look and was unable to verify this.

@EA_Mako I understand that a heirloom will not be refunded or replaced but for me to walk away with nothing for something that was not my fault is ridiculous. Please. There has to be something. Some kind of compensation. Hell not even 10 loot boxes? It's takes 500 to guarantee an heirloom and only got my heirloom on my 500th box!!!!! That was a year and a half, so I'll have to wait another year and a half to get the thing I paid for ("IF" THIS GLITCH DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN) Might I add
