got banned for a harassment that i did before my first ban WTF
I really don't know if i call it fair or unfair ban.
I just go banned from chat harassment that i did true but i already got banned for chat harassment once on the 28/01/2020 and i've never did it again.
this last harassment was done way before i got a 1 day ban you can check that so i don't think that i deserve a nother one.
this is the first time it happens to me and i'm really disappointed on the way you do thing as many other users, i did send email for you to check about my predators rewards and i get a nother ban for 3 days.
you guys should do things in time or don't do it at all.
i understand that you have to much work to do but things like that shouldn't be happening if i already got banned even for a nother harassment and i did nothing after that so i shouldn't get banned for a nother thing that happen before the ban.
i already send you an email but i don't think you will answer in time because i know you are already over your heads with many other mistakes

Account bans aren't something that we're able to investigate here on Answers HQ. The Terms of Service team would need to review your account and determine if the ban can be overturned.
If you haven't already please reach out to them so they can pull up your account and take a look. You can find more details on how to set up a case with them at the EA Help site. If you have already contact them that's all you'll need to do for now. They will get back to you via email as soon as possible.
