Do you know or think the skins from past events will ever come back? I really want Bloodhound's Halloween's skin ☹️

They will eventually come back, because he was a in game store item during the Holloween event. they rotate every 6 months or so.
In this case that skin may come around sometime this fall or during this yrs holloween event.
