Oke so 10,090 hours is 420 days (shut up stoners) which is much longer than the maximum penalty of 30 days.
So I think you probably mean 10,090 minutes, which is 168 hours or 7 days exactly. I'm not familiar how exactly the penalty ramps up, but if it starts with 5 minutes that means you've gotten a penalty many times already which confirms my suspicion that you're a habitual quitter, and you're likely not telling us the whole truth.
Your story makes no sense, if your aim is to rank up, and you died at 4 squads remaining why would you want to leave the game instead of staying and hoping your teammates can secure the highest placement possible to amplify the points you'd get for your kills and assist?
No well thinking individual would choose to lose double rating instead of staying in the game for points you have with a reasonable chance to climb a lot more. Your teammates may have won that game for all you know. And if it's 4 squads remaining, they did the right thing by staying put and waiting for a chance to third party a fight. Especially when they're already down 1 player.
Maybe if you quit out games so often, and a whole slew of penalties didn't make you adjust your behavior, ranked isn't the play for you, better yet, battle royale games are probably not the game for you since you're supposed to ride it out till the bitter end.
Maybe play a TDM game instead like BFV or CoD MW.
