Has anyone succesfully argued against a ToS sanction?

Yeah mine was for my name lol it's so sad how people will get offend over words that arnt even vulgar or profane yet it falls under there do do terms.. I've received a sanction and they won't tell me how long or when etc. So for that they will no longer receive money for apex packs etc. Us gamers can also be petty. I have to change a gamertag because of EA that I've had for 9 years or else I can't play there game well they can kick apex packs...
