Has Respawn addressed the Hit Reg issues?

- @NickBeam27 I have never seen hit reg this bad since season 13 launch. I mean, there was always the lil issue now and again. But this seems to be a whole lot worse. Its consistent.
@NickBeam27I get a lot of them on wraiths, specifically. Nothing on the trello board for hit regs.
I haven't noticed it myself, most likely I've had some but not egregious enough I guess. But man have I seen some crazy hit reg video clips for sure.

I am also experiencing no-regs, sometimes so ridiculous that I can't believe.
I have posted this as a bug few time. It wasn't even acknowledged.
