Nope this is not a clickbait thread. Stickers can be applied to specific parts of the gun so you can see them in-game. So now you can have charms and stickers at the same time. Stickers will be another way for Respawn to easily fill up the base cosmetic pool and event trackers. So this means that the likelihood that you’ll get a legendary skin from a regular apex will go down even more. This is not yet confirmed but the some assets are in the files already. @Cheese9Man My thoughts are that we desperately need another similar game to Apex, otherwise this game will do these kind of things more and more. At least before they somehow tried to hide the money grabbing, now they don't even care, and i'm sure lots of people will buy everything in this event to get a skin they'll never be able to see except for when doing rare finishers lol. Pretty high IQ there 😉.

To drop money on loot boxes for a freemium game, you are basically asking to be robbed. At best it is gambling, and I mostly wouldn't have a problem with it except it is clearly geared to get around gambling laws and rules. It isn't like people shouldn't legally gamble, but there are reasons it is regulated the way it is.I think all freemium games work this way. Fortnite charging you $40 for some skins, seriously, that's an entire video game...for a skin. These are not charities, companies make more money when they hide or randomize what you can get, otherwise you'd still pay full price for video games and DLCs...there's a reason this is done.Me, whatever, I mean, a long time ago I knew what this game was about. I more get frustrated about bad game play because, duh, if this game sucks, you better believe nobody's buying loot packs at all. So it is, at least, in Respawns interest to make their game better. Stickers, tho, lol. Obvious rip off is obvious.

@Cheese9Man My thoughts are that we desperately need another similar game to Apex, otherwise this game will do these kind of things more and more. Well, this further reinforces my decision to not spend a penny on apex lol.
Nobody uses stickers in COD, so why would apex be any different?....So its pretty obvious they haven't added them for anything other than loot pool pollution lol.
No point even grumbling though, this is the kinda content to be expected when people happily open their wallets for it lol.

@Cro_Pittt I was watching "The Apprentice" last week (uk bbc) and their challenge was to design a game and then sell it to different gaming businesses. One team had a woke snowflake come up with a stupid boring "save the planet from global warming" nonsense while the other team came up with an idea for a prison game.

I was totally thinking, design a new battle royale ffs!!! Lol

I could have well made a better game than both teams 🤪
