Hate speech and graphic violence need to be taken more seriously.

I believe this game has a serious problem allowing hate speech and graphic speech.  The things I hear said to children by feeble, coping skill-less men are absolutely horrendous.  [removed]  I know that this post wouldn't be up long if I actually spelled out what I'm referencing, which leads me to wonder why it's allowed in game.  I've reported certain individuals on multiple occasions, yet a couple of days later, I'll be back in a ranked match with them, and they'll be saying hateful things again.  I'm wondering if EA just doesn't care whether this stuff occurs or if children are harassed...?  I know you can't patrol everything a person says, but I don't believe reports of inappropriate in-game chat are taken seriously at all.

"Voice chat was not and is not verified. You can say whatever you want."

The statement above of yours is false. If I record a match and capture the voice chat I can send it in as a report and it will be reviewed and if rules have been broken actioned on.  Also if I have voice to text on, the voice chat will show up in game as text and can be reported on in game.

Bottom line, abusive voice chat can be reported and actioned on.

Text chat in the game is verified and people are banned if they abuse language.

Voice chat was not and is not verified. You can say whatever you want.

I’m gonna give you the best tip you ever got . If someone is being toxic or hateful MUTE then it’s do easy i literally do it all the time if the  players  are nice i communicate about the game no matter what online game you play there’s gonna be toxic people you’re gonna have to learn to deal with the Internet I don’t know what your job is, but mine is not to patrol and report people, especially when there’s a simple mute function

I have thick skin , I only report when it's extreme, which I did recently, and this is what I get back.....Our well-trained, dedicated team reviewed your report.....didn't take any action this time.

Honestly, that's laughable given the voice recording I flagged. I have it saved, and obviously won't share here cause it will get me banned for naming and shaming.

Funny how there’s always a double standard when it comes to enforcing the rules, cause I got 12 days for typing 'arse' in game chat.

After all, such a recording can be manipulated... It wouldn't make any sense if that were the case.

I can edit such a recording and put a different audio track. Someone who can do such things perfectly can frame many people for something like this. I understand that we can talk about an extremely rare situation, but I'm interested in whether it's possible for such a player to be wrongly punished by a provocateur? For someone who uses video and audio editing programs on a daily basis, such manipulation is not all that difficult.

Other games like Valorant have their own voice chat recordings and can verify it. If it's as you say, it's totally stupid, but good to know.

Also, do you seriously think that non-streamers (99% of people) are constantly recording themselves while playing? If someone starts calling me names in voice chat, thus provoking me to respond and only sends a recording from the moment I say something to him - do you think that's ok too? You don't take into account too many factors that can contribute to the manipulation of such reports, and yet you verify them and ban such people? Madness.

I understand text chat, because you have its entire record, but recordings sent by other players? That sounds bad.
