Sadly, once a cosmetic is bought, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.
I think it will be a good idea for in a collection event or new season i suggest they add test heirloom only in firing range and refunds every year as people might have regrets i think there should be two refunds heirloom refunds and skin refunds as i have wanted to refund my heirloom and skin for another one i hope u reconsider and add these things my name on apex is upbeat-landlady9 and can u refund my bangolore heirloom for a loba heirloom tyvm have a great day
