Heirloom Shards

What level were you when you've received your first heirloom shards from apex packs? and how many have you received?

Im level 320 or something and all i seem to get it common and rare items. Received one or two legendary items which were mozam skins or something (this was a while back so can remember 100% what it was).

Just curious to see how/when other people were lucky enough to have one or even multiple.

Seen one player (streaming) had multiple apex packs saved up and open 3 consecutive packs to get one legendary item and 2 heirloom shards

    I was about level 40. I bought the Lifeline sticks. The funny thing is that I didn't even know heirlooms were a thing, until I found the shards. I never looked around the store at the time. And some teammates told me over the mic that they were jealous seeing my heirloom. I honestly did not get their reaction, nor what they were even talking about. Its only when I came here on the forums that I found out how low the chances are. I found out about level 500+ people who still haven't got any, and so on. That is probably why people get excited about finding one, seeing as it is so rare. Meanwhile my reaction was essentially "Oh cool... anyway, last week..." 😛

    @ROFLOLMFAO-755 Been playing since launch. Maxed out at level 500 a long time ago. Completed all Battle Passes. My heirloom count is currently at 0. Hopefully your luck is better than mine, @Cheese9Man and many others!

    @dSKyNafinchin I know that it’s just purely cosmetic but I’m on the point of buying the whole anniversary collection event this coming February. I have 6000 crafting metals right now so that would decrease the cost somehow. LMAO.

    @OP I’ve reached lvl 500 around the last week of S6 and still no heirloom. My friend who just switched a month ago from Valorant to apex got his shards at level 50 who up until now refuses to buy a BP. LOL.

    @Cheese9Man I never thought about stockpiling crafting metals, to reduce the cost during a CE. I just cant bring myself to spend hundreds of dollars on cosmetic items in a vide game. Crafting metals are free, though... hmmmm

    Also, tell your friend, that they suck XD (Purely in a comic sense, no offense intended at all)

    @dSKyNafinchin If you can remember, all the skins in the collection event will be half the price. With this amount of CMs I think I can buy all the epics then buy the bundles. I forgot the math but if you bought all the epics with crafting metals you only need to spend like $90.

    Don’t worry my other buddies and I already told him that. LOL.

    @ROFLOLMFAO-755 Level has nothing to do with shards. If you are level 1 and buy 500 packs you will get one.

    Think I was level 500 and opened right around my 500th pack.

    @Cheese9Man Very good point. Maybe I'll set aside a few bucks from my tax return, and go ahead and get me an heirloom during one if these CE's, since I'll never get one organically

    Good. Periodic reminders probably wouldn't hurt, either, Lmao

    I was in the 300s when I got my first heirloom, but I also spent at least $100 on apex packs. One of my friends got the Wraith Kunai literally on his first day of playing apex, second apex pack. It's all luck.
