@flairhimselfttv Lots are complaining about this. You knew what you were buying when you did it......a random heirloom.
I personally would not be opposed to them allowing people that already had a random one getting a one time, limited time chance to exchange them right now.

@hayhorYes, but only one time exchange i think it should be fine because now people can choose which one they want. I buy my packs 1 day after add heirloom to bloodhound because i'm back to game and... You know.

Sometimes life isnt fair, get used to it. They added backup cameras to every car after i bought mine, its federal law now, i wanna free new car pls... see how thats not gonna work? You knew the system, bought your packs and got the heirloom that was promised for the 500 packs, have a good day

  @Jem450R in real life ok. But in game you pay for that what you want. I paid 750 pounds and i have heirloom for bloodhound and they now add exchange heirlooms for shards? That's unfair.

    @flairhimselfttv To have a game do what you want, you need to pay a company millions and wait a few years until they develop it.
