Heirlooms

Hi respawn,

Just a quality of life change idea, it would be amazing if everyone had a lifetime one chance to refund an heirloom they bought. Me and many other players acquired an heirloom right before the release of universal heirlooms through sheer grinding, and since my main got nerfed hard(Seer) I don't play him anymore and its as if I don't even have an heirloom, if I would have gotten heirloom shards after the release of a universal heirloom I would have definitely got that instead so I could use it on all legends. One refund for each player would not hurt the game and would really help a lot of the players in the community out.
