I see a downfall

It’s been a week or more since my false ban literally want to play apex but I don’t want to make a new account. 

I see people in forum having same “ game enhancement” and get banned even tho they didn’t even try to all I see is people quitting and downfall of apex 

I saw this picture in instagram apex posted the amount of cheater banned “10658 automatic hardware ban” im not sure if this is correct if im one of them because of “ razer synapse “ but maybe 50% of those people actually didnt mean to cheat and thats ALOT 

even the “actual cheaters” getting banned, 100% sure they’re gonna come back and make a new account while us who get no reason to get banned and just no choice but to quit. 

please someone needs to fix this.
