HELP me to transfer my Apex Coin

I have purchased Apex Coin from a third party, but when I redeemed Apex Coin voucher, I made a mistake, I claimed it on the wrong ID, can you guys help me to transfer my Apex Coin to another ID?

Hey @Jinx95,

That's very unfortunate to read.

Unfortunately, Support is unable to transfer Apex Legends (or any in-game currencies for that matter) from one account to the other.

why can't it happen? you guys made this game and you can do anything related to this game.
Transferring or deleting coins is an easy thing to do when you become a GM for this game.
help me please

As stated above; Unfortunately, Support is unable to transfer Apex Legends (or any in-game currencies for that matter) from one account to the other.
