I recently was in a support chat with an agent and I told them my issue, saying: "I want to unlink an Apex account that's on my xbox that's connected to an old email I had. My dad stopped paying for the domain and a company bought it and wants us to pay around $4000 to get the domain and email back (we lost the password). The account is logged in on my Xbox but I want the stuff on my computer because I have my Revenant heirloom and many other things on it. I gave them all the information they asked for and i was greeted by an agent that simply left mid convo, so I connected to a guy who said they just couldn't help me. He said that I had to start a new case. I just tried to start one and there are no **bleep** agents available even thogh I know **bleep** well there are agents available. This customer service is straight up laughable for a AAA game. If anyone can help me that would be great.
