Hemlock next to be nerfed PLEASE
Hemlock needs to either have single fire taken away, or have a set fire rate when on single fire. The speed you can fire is ridiculous for how much damage it does. Not even talking about macros here,...

R301 does 14 damage per shot and shoots ~800 shots/min. To get at least comparable dps with single fire hemlock, you would need to tap >10 times per second. GL with that...
Not to mention R301 even has a more forgiving recoil pattern.
Hemlock is a usable gun, but in no way it is even among the best.
You can put fire on the mouse wheel and it is very easy to get 10 a sec on mousewheel
Controlling recoil and scrolling at the same time? Yeah, that doesn't sound even doable. Not to mention you would need to scroll in 2 directions (to not be limited to ~8 bullet bursts), which really messes up your hand muscle memory. I'm 99% sure I would have more dps with my puny 6-8 clicks/second than with scroll wheel. And of course, even single fire weapons have a fixed fire rate. You can click all you want, you won't be able to shoot more than 3 shots/sec with wingman. I have no idea what the cap fire rate for Hemlock is, but I highly doubt it's higher than 11 - you're still not going to beat an R301.

Your facts offend me and you're probably a cheater. Nerf everything in the game!- some mice have a scroll wheel that can "unlock" and spin freely at very fast rate. Go look at logitech mice that have it. People really do use this - Shroud uses is as well.
I'm too lazy to test it myself, but there are some gun stats online, not sure if they're datamined or hand-tested.
Hemlock Single fire cap fire rate: 8.4 shots/sec, dps 151.2
So I was quite right, that hemlock can't even come close to R301 in terms of TTK. Also, 8.4 shots/sec is quite doable just fast-tapping, you don't even need any inconvenient workarounds. And since hemlock doesn't beat the better CQ/mid-range weapons, you would only use it for long range tapping (if you don't have anything more suitable for that, like scout or longbow), for which slow-tapping will be most effective (something in the range of 3-4 shots/sec).
Here, see if you can do an 8.4/sec (I can average 6-7 with burst of up to 9/sec; I can also do 13/sec twitch-clicking, but aiming is really not an option with that):
