On one hand smurfing is obviously shameless and doesn't require any skill, on the other hand can you really blame them for the awful matchmaking system that this game has right now? They probably just wanna have fun once and not go against Apex Predators Top 100.
The fact that people have to make a new account and drop down to lower tier adversaries is scummy and unsportsmanlike.
Even though I wish for bigger problems to be addressed. I can see where this issue can cause a bit of frustration.
