Horizon is still too effective and you know it.

Even after the nerfs, I believe Horizon is just too effective at what she does, in comparison to every other selectable Legend in the game.  My frustration around Horizon has maintained an upwar...

@Axs5626Sxa5001 Just like scanning should not be a passive, no fall stun should never be a thing in game. For the lift, up the timer slightly or make people go up the lift slow, like valk slowly rises when she flies. Also make it loud and people on it loud. Octanes pad can be heard from miles. Valks jets are extremely loud.
Another option would be to eliminate any healing or shooting on the lift. Path and valk can do neither. Why can a whole team?

Never understood how it's both quiet and fast as hell compared to a literal Jetpack. Slow it down or speed Valk up (preferably a reasonable mix of both).

Horizon's passive should just be a naturally higher normal jump (like, 25% higher). That's more in line with the description.

      @hayhor she already got a higher jump as secret passive, try throwing Q next to an evac tower or jump tower and use it to go up then grab the zip line to fly.
      the moment before she touches the ground she jumps similar to Octane's pad second jump.
      and she is the only one who can do that, even if the rest of the team does the same they can not do it.
