It feels like horizon's tactical is slow. Compared to other mobility characters. Before you could back out smoothly with her ability but now its so slow where when you try to escape you either get shot and die or get shot and be really low.
@hayhor but the thing is they can still manage to get out. Wraith cant get shot when she disengages and pathfinder can do big jumps with his grapple and escape. Octane can also engage and disengage. I really don't think her ult is bad but her tactical compared to others it is. Before you could move upwards fast and it deserved the nerf but i think the nerf was too much maybe a buff in between and increase the cooldown so it would be slightly better could do it.
Right now i prefer to use pathfinder and wraith than horizon because of that reason.
