how can i put my cosmetics from ps4 to pc apex legends

hey is it possible to put my weapons skins and outfits from my ps4 to my pc on apex legends cause I spent a lot of money on your game and i would like to have my skins

Hey @1WOKE1 as APEX Legends is not cross-play then it is not possible to transfer items or progress between platforms.

Hi, I just switched from ps4 to pc and I connected my pc account to my ps4 one and non of my cosmetics and stats are there. Any help?
