Unfortunately, there is currently no way to transport your stats, skins or anything between platforms. Apex Legends supports Cross-platform playing, but no cross-platform progression. So you need to start over again on PC.
You are not the only one that is looking for this. Such a feature is HIGHLY requested, but since all platforms are coded differently, transferring data between them is very complex. We just have to wait and see if they can make it work.
I wish they would communicate with the player base more about it. So many people are wondering what is going on. It would be nice to know anything at all.
