How come only certain legends can throw their ults by their teammate watson gen?

For example if I'm Gibby or Bangalore and have a watson on my team I can throw my ultimate at another team. But if I am Caustic I cannot. Why? Also why can I not throw grenades out?

@hayhor You have to be in the inner circle to throw things out. It's not perfect tho. I think they should just change it so that it doesn't block any outgoing projectiles.

You can though. There's an inner circle displayed on the ground, and you have to be inside it to toss nades. If you cant spot the ring, just remember to stay very close, like 1-3 meters. Basically on top of it. Go to shooting range, pick Wattson and keep deploying her ult to visibly see the ring.

Never checked that before as a Wattson main.
