Gameplay enhancement ban
I created this account 6th May, played until yesterday, 10th May with Ultimate Battlepass Apex coins hoping to get the heirloom through sheer luck. Im new to the game but not new to fps genre at all.
After purchasing and playing (fragging hard as seer), I got a ban. Is this because new account but getting high kill count and low death ratio that might have trigged me? I did not play alot during the creation of the account, most of my games was 9-10th may. Playtime is less than 10 hours. Only wildcard and the tdm/control/gun rush played
Why is this a thing? I only confirmed so through googling that the eac has Ai machine learning with a low threshold to new accounts - which is fair, but not every new player is bad, fps skills transfers from game to game.
UPDATE: One, one singular report from a player for AIM SNAPPING - not even the anti cheat detected. Check the game history logs, one report got me banned as "Gameplay enhancement". Are new players or new accounts not possible to frag in casual modes? So you're telling me if I die and don't frag or make plays, I won't get a ban because no reason to report. But in this situation, not even multiple reports but only ONE.
EA, this is seriously so dumb. Fix your stuff.
Hi Fjordline ,
Sorry to hear about the ban. I can understand how upsetting and overwhelming this must feel.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to review or investigate account actions here on the forums, including gameplay enhancement bans. If you believe this was applied incorrectly, the best next step is to continue through the official appeal process in Penalty History. You can check the action there and submit an appeal for review.
I would recommend continuing through EA Help and submitting the case again through this webform, with as much detail as possible.
