How do I avoid getting banned when it was not my fault.

I have been getting banned for literally having my game crash during the pick the legend screen and it has upset me to not be able to play. This has happened to me twice already and just now I got banned for anticheat failing on me? It closed my game saying I didn't have anticheat or something like that and I never mess with that I always just open the game and start to play. Is there anything I can do to not get banned at all from these things?

    @Drone_NR Hey there, One thing I can suggest is to see if you can add all of the apex and eac into the firewall exclusion list and see if that changes anything. Something I feel is closing your eac for whatever reason which the game can not run without that operating.

    Not a great advice when you are subjected to people hacking your PC.

    @E9ine_AC good advice.

    @espadakillar69 if you have better advice please share it instead of knocking another's advice.

    @Drone_NR Enable 2 factor ID to better protect your account as well if you have not already done that.
