How do i enable text chat on ps4
It says in the game button loadout that I have to hold the button but when I do it doesn't work why?

@IKBENCOOL27 Hold the touch pad until it comes out but it’s laggy most of the time.
I always have to try a bunch of times before getting the text entry box.
Keep in mind when using this that the text to voice feature can cause a lot of lag for the other team mates. Don't do it when fighting's going on unless absolutely necessary.
