I have reported several players like this in-game, and using the links...
Do you know what I get in response?
I get garbage, almost AI generated, responses telling me to use the SAME LINK that I used in the first place.
They don't even get the game correct in a few of them; Division Rivals? Never even heard of that game and I clearly go through the right steps and mention Apex Legends.
Their support is non-existent, even the people on live chat have no clue.
All they do is tell me to use the exact same link you posted, and all I get are the responses like above telling me to use the same link... It's a never-ending circle of nonsense and nothing happens.
Why would naming and shaming these terrible, toxic players be condoned? They shouldn't be on the platform; hiding the issue doesn't make it go away, it makes it worse.
They self-confessed to behaving like that for 2 years without being banned, it's a joke and I'm fed up with my reports going nowhere.
Apparently the 2 guys in the video follow the 'Positive Play Charter' because they were cleared by EA lol:
The support I've received through EA on toxic players is a complete farce.
Nobody cares about the toxicity problems, except when I've seen people being perma-banned for saying "stfu" in chat and when people scream 'kill yourself' to me constantly, that's ok, and is "Positive Play" according to EA.
@OldTreeCreeper Nonesense and you know it. I've reported multiple toxic players and get either no reply or a we can't take ction reply with a link to post evidence. I upload actual video of them being racist and homophobic and guess what??? I never hear back from EA.
Fact is they just don't care about toxicty in chat. So now I don't even bother anymore. But when the game finally dies which it is slowly but surely. They'll have nobody but themselves to blame
