How do these players not get banned?

How do players like this not get banned? [Edit] I met 2 of THE MOST toxic players yesterday, and they are confident nothing will happen to them... 'We've been like this for 2 years" Baff...

Naming and shaming isn't condoned on AHQ, and against the AHQ tos.

It is best to report in game, if possible.

@OldTreeCreeper Nonesense and you know it. I've reported multiple toxic players and get either no reply or a we can't take ction reply with a link to post evidence. I upload actual video of them being racist and homophobic and guess what??? I never hear back from EA.

Fact is they just don't care about toxicty in chat. So now I don't even bother anymore. But when the game finally dies which it is slowly but surely. They'll have nobody but themselves to blame
